The rumours are true… we’re live on the App Store!

Customers are being given access littleby little, as we ensure every aspect of the app, card and 20+ partnership integrations are working smoothly

The signup process is open to make sure all you keen beans can be the first to have the dozens app on your phone and will be first through the door for our 5% bond.

What to expect from the signup process

If you opened an account at a high street bank they’d want you to go into a branch for a few things.

Firstly, they meet you face to face to check your identity. Then they check that identity against government records to make sure there’s no reason you shouldn’t be opening an account. Finally they ask you to provide proof of contact details. We do exactly the same thing but all from the comfort of your sofa in around two minutes.

We know this process will be new to many people so we thought we’d give you a little idea of what to expect:

The first thing we’ll ask is to verify your contact details – your phone number and email address. You will receive a text and email to verify both.

Then we need to check your identity against government records. For this we’ll scan your identity document – a passport, driver’s licence or national identity card.

Finally we check that you are the person whose identity you’ve provided. For this we need you to take a short video. During the video you’ll be asked to do things like turn your head a certain way or say a number. The technology will be scanning for various points to make sure it is actually you and not someone pretending to be you. It can feel a little strange at first but please don’t worry, once it’s made, the video will be read by computer and only if it flags a problem will one of our compliance team take a little peek.

And you’re done. You should get an approval within a few minutes.  Any problems please contact us using the in-app help button or by emailing help@dozens.com

 

The App waitlist

Once your application has been approved you will be taken to a waitlist screen that tells you how many people are in front of you.

We’ll send you an email when you’ve made it to the front of the list. Make sure you have the latest version of the app downloaded and you will have full access to the app. Your card will be through your letterbox in a few days.

Already signed up to our waiting list on the website?

Don’t worry you certainly haven’t been forgotten. You are our number ones.

It is still important to download the app and get on the app waiting list so we know you’re still interested, but as soon as you do you’ll be given priority. When we open up access to website waitlist members we’ll send you an email with an invite code. Make sure you have the latest version of the app downloaded, put in the code and you will get full access to the app. Your card will be through your letterbox in a few days.
